A lawsuit was filed today in federal court against Marten Transport, Ltd., stemming from the horrific death of Shelby County resident, Bruce Eugene Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds was tragically killed when a Marten Transport truck pulling a Walmart trailer struck him as he attempted to fix a flat tire. Mr. Reynolds was safely on the shoulder of the highway and well to the right of traffic, one mile north of Calera, Alabama when the Marten Transport truck ran off the roadway striking and killing him.
